when you think of the industry and today's music what is the first thing that comes to mind? the downfall of quality i.e., Justin Beiber. do you think having so many indie labels is a good thing or should we go back to the 1970 with the 4 major labels? let me know what you think.
having less indie labels may increase the quality of todays music.
ReplyDeletewhats rising? rapper on the west end hopsin. and im all about indie labels
ReplyDeleteI'd rather artists own their work and distribute it at what people will pay for it. This will create exposure and allow them to tour where they see a flux in their fans. Fuck record labels pocketing all the money.
ReplyDeleteTerrible RnB music and justin beiber/disney bands. YUCK
ReplyDeleteyeah i think in this case, less is more.
ReplyDeleteLabels steal all the money from the musicians that deserve them. I say fuck 'em.
ReplyDeleteif their were less indie labels do you think that the amount major labels take would decrease significantly along with control of quality music
ReplyDeletei agree with hombre ↑↑
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of labels are a good thing, it's become sort of the "do it yourself" mentality and technology has helped it along.
ReplyDeleteIndie labels for sure. but large distro
ReplyDeleteEntertainment is a business. No place for emotion or art in a business.
ReplyDeleteI wish we all had feeds and music was streamlined for out taste by computers.
